Upper Beach

The boundaries of the Upper Beach district generally lie south of the C.N rail track between Danforth Ave and Gerrard Street East, from Coxwell Avenue to Victoria Park Avenue down to Kingston Road. Since it is only a short 10 minute walk down to the lake from most of these streets, this also makes this area a very desirable location.

There are a mix of homes ranging from very affordable smaller semi-detached homes to the huge stone mansions just off of Main Street along Benlamond Drive and Swanwick Avenue. There is also a newer development of detached, semi-detached and townhouse style homes on the north side of Gerrard St.E. for those looking for more modern styles of homes.
