West Hill

Bordering close to the east edge of the city of Toronto is the community of West Hill. The staggered boundaries of West Hill stretch from Morningside Park south to the C.N.R tracks roughly between Highland Creek in the west to Colonel Danforth Park in the East. It goes along Kingston road just east of Scarborough Golf Club road and just north of the Guildwood Go Station up to a bit north of Lawrence Ave East over to just Beechgrove Drive which is just west of the Highland Creek. The southern boundary is the lake.

 This district has an assortment of price ranges and styles of homes to satisfy everybody who is looking to live in this community. Ravine properties, 4 and 5 level back-splits and many ranch style bungalows are some of the styles you will see here. There are also condos for sale in the southern pocket close to Morningside Dr.

COMMUNITY ATTRACTIONS

University of Toronto’s Scarborough campus is also located in West Hill. There is plenty of shopping along Kingston road and access to the 401 highway is mere moments away.

 SPORTS AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES

HERON PARK COMMUNITY CENTRE at 252 Manse Road offers area residents many different programs to participate in. There are 2 hockey rinks, basketball courts and many other ativities to do within the centre. 

Morningside Park is located on Morningside Road south of Ellesmere. Trails, picnic areas and playing fields are just some of the things available to do at this park.

Colonel Danforth Park is a ravine park that offers many different activities for families and adventurists.

East Point Park along the water front offers plenty of green space for your family to enjoy.

PUBLIC TRANSIT

The T.T.C provides many buses within the district for locals to travel. Kingston Road is the main road travelling throughout the district.
